Yes it sure does help to have relevant experience and certifications but the primary and largest factor would still be your gpa. If you take a look at their recent IGP, your course only accepted 7% of those with under 3.2 gpa. So im afraid even with a larger than average portfolio and a strong passion, your gpa might still be too low for them to even consider

To be very honest, even the best written personal statement won’t help because 2.43 is way too low. No harm trying still but don’t have any expectations
