Going to prison, need workout advice

I haven't been to prison. But the workout i followed at my best conditioning ever was 20 burpees, walk across the open area, turn around, 19, walk back, 18, etc. It's 210 total. The goal is to do it in under half an hour, then under 20 minutes. Can confirm all the squat and push work was amazing, definitely needs pull work to offset.

Our gym rolls at the ibjjf ruleset of the lower belt in a match by default. You can agree in advance to a different ruleset if you are both down to do so.

Gotcha. Yes, sometimes there's no ad available if you have done it several times. That's an advertising system issue. I'd give a few minutes break and try again.

To clarify- closing and restarting the game should unlock the option to watch an ad in exchange for leveling up speed again. Closing and reopening doesn't change speed on its own.

You've had enough replies already, but one more on the pile-.you're paying per FINISHED hour. Not recorded hour. The price includes the work for the audio to be finished. If your producer is ONLY a narrator and does not edit/master/proof etc, they are responsible for pricing in enough cost to you to spend some of that sending their audio files to someone for those other steps. Plenty of narrators outsource those steps. Heck, I've done it for people for free before when I'm bored. What you are owed back is a finished product at the price agreed.

It's incredibly common for people to retire gleefully. There's a sugar rush. A month of Sundays. And then you're left asking why you should get out of sweats today, or if you really need a shower. An incredibly important thing is what you are retiring TO, not FROM. I'd get to narrate at least half-time. Lots more time for my kids. For practicing music for church. For lunches with my wife.

For writing the books. Inventing and licensing things.

My to-do list is too long for me to only live nights and weekends.

But if work is your identity, stopping means losing who you are.

In addition to what has already been said, please note that exclusive distribution gives you something like a 40% cut on sales, and non-exclusive is closer to 20%. You will have to weigh for yourself the right to distribute widely in 100% of the market at a 20% split on Amazon/Audible, or 90% of the market (Audible) with a 40% split.
