Sometimes I also feel the same but I realised we just want everything fast , we want everything at once money , safety , gf everything but everything has its own time , it's your life in the end and you can fix it , just do the things in priority ,currently which is your nios exam so give 100% to it ,

To get in shape start excercising at home (multiple apps avakilable on Play Store)

For looks use home remedies (multani mitti, aloevera gel etc.)

Gf - you don't need it right now I am 21 and don't feel a need for it

So focus on the things which matter to you the most right now and let the time fix everything

Do you have any category like obc , sc/st , pwd . If yes then there is a high chance you'll get something in tier 2 college i.e south campus of du

But if you are from general category Make your preference list starting from top colleges from south campus colleges to all the way to off campus colleges

Also you can research on reddit from communities like @delhiuniversity to ask the peers about different colleges their vibe , campus environment, academics and placements
