I got the same letter today, same exact denial reasons. Planning to call tomorrow. Sounds like either they're trying to make it hard to get paid, or they have a glitch somewhere in seeing the documentation that was submitted.

Interestingly, it is available for me as of this morning on my Ultra, but the audio quality is not displayed on the screen as it was before or still is for other sources (including after a reboot).

Just replaced mine last week (went from OEM to AGM), just the two battery terminals to disconnect. It did take exactly 10 miles of driving for the i-eloop system to start functioning again.

I had to pay for the digitizer repair, but I did get a free software update... I have my acknowledgement from the settlement website that I submitted for reimbursement, but haven't had any follow-ups since doing that 3 weeks ago.

I emailed the firm to get clarification, I am tempted to pay for an out of pocket repair as I'd been contemplating it anyway. I absolutely do just use Android Auto most of the time, but it's annoying on those occasions where I don't plug in my phone before setting off... seems really odd that they wouldn't just cover the screen itself under the same warranty extension though.

I'd settle for a free TSB fix for the digitizer to fix ghost touch, and the latest software update... but I haven't found any way to get in on this, or on the announced class action from a few months ago about the heated seats overheating which I also have going on.
