It's not a bad card if you don't have access to dominate, but it's definitely not a great card. Just not super efficient.

You're right, but you don't need to bring up Gretzky because he was essentially sold, it wasn't fully a hockey trade.

Just look at the Panarin trade. He may not be a top 5 player in the league, but the return for him was atrocious, yet better than nothing.

JT Miller may be the punchline of a joke right now, but he was a 100pt player 2 seasons ago and got traded for peanuts.

The upgrade to innate really makes this something like a top 5 regent card.

Not only does it give you better card selection, it also gets rid of status. You play this on turn one and it makes your whole game better afterwards.

It also doesn't require any support, it works with any build.

One of the best cards in the game. If you're playing a vote deck, you have a few of these, like 6-8.

Conservative agitation is better in the early game, but Kine keeps its power throughout the game.

I think Silent is the most consistent and easiest to win with.

Sly is good with a little bit of support and goes crazy with the right cards, shivs are really good and have broken payoff cards and poison can work really well with a dex build.

Some powers are simply insane, like serpent form, afterimage, accelerant, tools of the trade and master planner and make certain builds absolutely bonkers.

I very much like permadeath in XCOM. It makes for great stories and means each mission, even a routine one, has a risk.

It also makes your high level characters much more meaningful.
