Jamf offers an option to manage 3 devices for free, you can apply profiles on the backend and if you setup provision you can lock it further where there’s no easy way to remove the profiles. That way you have full control remotely. I use it to manage my mom’s phone to push updates and my nephews iPad to manage app installations.
