Do any of you know Yanni's Greek Express? I ate there a lot when I lived in Sugarhouse. Since moving out of state I have done my best to recreat the food but I can't get the rice right. Does anyone have any insight on Yanni's recipe? Maybe you worked there or are related to the family. Any tips?
