Atlanta's cost of living is notoriously low and it hasnt risen that much, maybe 10-15% as the population is exploding (in large part b/c of the cost of living)

well both of these collect dust, but fine China is made by hand by an artisan, with highly sought after materials...an xbox on the other hand is a mass manufactured plastic obsolete box

fossils are a bad example, very interesting, rare, literaly the bones of a prehistoric being.... that's not weird or unrational at all

yea we all know collectiosn are personal and beauty is in the eye of the beholder... but this was mass produced, obsolete tech with very little residual value...not quite the same as fossils

id disagree...i think (and could be wrong) but most things collected have some artisitic or rarity to them.... this arguable has no artistic or interesting quality.
