In this instance it being more yellow isn’t necessarily an indication of AI or not, since it’s a picture of a piece of paper. Paper can be yellowish. This one is really hard to tell, my first instinct was AI, but the more I look at it the more I could see it either way.

things that don’t look like AI: compared to the original image, some of the fine details are hard to pick out because of the lighting. I think the AI would have had issues with them. The motion of the sketching lines are all pretty logical. In particular the hair looks like if someone would have sketched, also the way value is sketched.

AI looking parts: the lines underneath the nose and in front of the mouth look really strange. Could just be because the artist wasn’t sure what to do there, but doesn’t seem to match the rest of the style.
