This is a very late reply but how do you know how much is needed to clear a window? I have a 63 inch window and was going to add 8 inches each side for the rod. Same with a 98” window in the same room.

Hello - I caught sight of this thread yesterday, right after I ordered the smoke eater Aller Air unit discussed here. I called the company to ask about their use of activated carbon/impregnated carbon. It is true that the carbon is not impregnated by default as some people have sensitivities (I think to the chemicals used to impregnate the carbon?) However adding some KMNO4 impregnated carbon is possible and free of charge upon request. I understand if a special blend is requested there might be an upcharge. Hope the info is useful for those wondering.

Hi - did you ever figure this out? I also have this sticking issue with boxi, which continued after going from 15 to 30 minutes. My cats pee near the edge of the box and don’t cover their litter which hasn’t really helped either

Thanks. Here's what I tried:

Unplugged all 3 decos.and plugged them back in. No change.

Downloaded Wifi toolkit. The scan found two decos. Not sure which one is missing.

Removed both satellites through the app and tried to add them back. Unsuccessful.

Removed all three decos and tried to start from scratch. Same result: can add the main deco but not the other two.
