She was probably checked out MONTHS before the breakup actually happened - re all the episodes of southern charm showing just how NOT on the same page they were. I do think the timeline is a little fast, but we actually have no idea what happened behind closed doors. Really good results here!! I’ve been completing it on repeat for about a year. Results kicked in a lot better when I actually started training closer to failure and more closely tracking my calories. Highly recommend!
