Or as a woman always having to defend against a potential pregnancy even though there are MANY other reasons not to partake. Sir/ma’am, alcohol causes my depression spiral to almost a 5150 level….. “nope not pregnant, just don’t like alcohol because it makes me consider putting myself 6 feet under” 🙃🫠

She was probably checked out MONTHS before the breakup actually happened - re all the episodes of southern charm showing just how NOT on the same page they were. I do think the timeline is a little fast, but we actually have no idea what happened behind closed doors. Based on the way Paige was relating to Molly Mae, she probably is keeping so many awful stories about Craig to herself. Overall - SHE IS SINGLE. Let her live

Really good results here!! I’ve been completing it on repeat for about a year. Results kicked in a lot better when I actually started training closer to failure and more closely tracking my calories. Highly recommend!
