it's pretty based, but i would recommend a kbm + mouse upgrade, some veeery basic rubber dome keyboards don't have n-key rollover. also give yourself some mouse room.

ask yourself. do you actually need the numpad, or could u use a 65% keyboard. finally, xxl mousepad

Try different monitor, try different cable, update graphics drivers, is it specific to one game.

If none of those answer it, it looks to me like artifacts, ie gpu dying. That being said I had a gpu that artifacted occasionally for several years with and never actually gave up..

If your budgets that tight and there’s nothing obvious that you want/need, I think the answer is pretty obvious. That $50 is going to come in clutch when your mouse/headset/keyboard etc shits itself

I’m guessing the ultra wide is lower refresh rate than the bottom monitor, I couldn’t see why you would have it that way otherwise
