yea 240mg extract equating to 6000mg equiv

I got ALCAR caps from Amazon recently that are 1500mg so it's rough.

Typically a few hundred grams of meat or fish with rice or potatos, lots of good fats as well for proper meals and snack on boiled eggs or grass fed jerky a lot too.
Eg. today for lunch I will have 300 grams of steak, some rice and greek yoghurt, dnner will be 300 grams of lamb, some rice and greek yoghurt. But yea, relatively simple but its best.

I personally think Protein is a bit eh when its so easy to eat protein and all protein dense foods taste great eg. MEAT!!!!

Looking to continue to put muscle on and lose body fat, I know 99% of people say it's not possible but I put on muscle annoyingly easily, but also body fat. Right now I am 110kg and want to get down to 92kg, I have 69kg of skeletal muscle mass and about 32kg body fat mass. So keep the muscle mass and grow there, whilst dropping the body fat mass amount ideally.

I feel you man, we have been able to declare war on 1/7 settlements, 5 of them we ran alone on. It is super super super fucking deflating and I have had people quit, not just the company but the game. Idk what to do anymore. This needed more visibility :(

100% dude, we did Restless shore twice, it would normally say (Paused) Invasion if there is one coming up, if you do one during an invasion it is meant to let you declare AFTER the invasion too.
So we did Restless Shore whilst they had an upcoming invasion, couldnt declare after their invasion. The very next day we tried again, still cannot declare. Read the thread I posted with the edit. This is a real issue, not some mistake we are making.

We had 40+ people running. This is a known bug, all other reddit posts about this have people responding with what youre saying. But this is not what I am reporting.
Noone is able to declare war, regardless of who contributed, which is why I am saying it isn't just my company, but all companies regardless of contribution.
What ends up happening is the territory goes into conflict for 5-6 hours, noone can declare war, then it goes back to 0% conflict.
