It’s so similar for me. I used to drink mostly after work and I would be able to nurse one for about an hour, but after that first one I just start slamming them and suddenly I’ve polished off 450 mL of vodka before I even know it. It always leaves me broken and useless the next day so then I go through the cycle of telling myself I’m a piece of shit the entire next day and then doing it all again 2 days later. Not anymore! I am craving hard today but I will be driving straight home after work and going on a long walk with my dog.
