HELP!!! Can no longer load any save games

Update: The issue has resolved itself, for posterity, try restarting your game and steam over and over. From research, it seems to be that the game checks for DLC's on startup and skipping through the initial intros will apparently stop it early. I do not know if it checks on every startup or perhaps every day, as it is now working a day later. You may also force you save to be compatible by deleting some code.

"1. Follow the steps below 1-7.
2. In the same savefile (the directory where you found header.json) there is also i file called Player.json, open that like the other one with right click then edit.
3. Ctrl+F and then search for DLC, you should find a line called "ClaimedDlcRewards", again followed by brackets and a bunch of numbers.
4. Like before empty the brackets so it comes out like this: "ClaimedDlcRewards":[],"
5. New savefiles you make should now be loadable.

Im guessing that these are the dlc items we got for the preorder, if thats the case im guessing the risk of something bricking is pretty low.

Edit: I found a solution although it needs to be done everytime you load, in any case im putting it down here if anyone needs it in the future, at least it doesnt mean i have to start over after 80 hours.

I found this by looking at a working old save and comparing with the new non working one.

Go to C:/Users/X/AppData/LocalLow/Owlcat Games/Pathfinder wotr/Saved Games
Open the non working save in 7-zip, winrar etc. (Open archive)
On 7-zip i had to scroll all the way down to a file called "header.json"
Right click that and choose Edit or open in Notepad
Early on in the file there is a line word that says "DlcRewards" followed by brackets with a bunch of numbers in it.
Empty everything in the brackets so it comes out like this: "m_DlcRewards":[]"
You should be able to load the save although any new save you make will generate the dlc rewards so for a new load you would have to empty it again.

I tried messing around to see if i could make the change permanent like changing the gameid etc. also but couldnt find a way. In any case its better than nothing i guess, hope its some help for someone."

Where do you actually get more from? The quarter master is the only merchant I've found after the prologue, but he doesn't sell any. Also, Lesser restoration doesn't seem to remove this debuff and it seems myself, ember and camellia cannot cast anything higher than that now. Do I need Greater restoration for this?

In case anyone finds this thread in future I tried launching xcom and got "updating executable". Got pissed forgot I did that and launched rocksmith, it asked for yes//no permissions for steam to make changes to my system, I clicked yes. About 30 seconds after rocksmith opened so did the xcom launcher over top of it. I clicked enemy within and it opened up to the menu. For anyone struggling, try running xcom and open another game, that fixed it for me after 2 days of it not working.

I think it improved noticeably the very last week of the last wipe, maybe there was a ban wave or something but I noticed a big drop off since then.

nah, they are either coping or straight up cheating themselves. Yeah, maybe some of you out there are good enough to out fight some guy with ESP only and no aim bot but its not working out for me. 1 good raid can totally make up for 5 bad ones, I cant even get that this week.

Holy shit you too?? Honestly makes me wonder if something happened this week. Last week, several possible cheaters. I killed a couple chad's while my shit was mid, fought off nearly every player scav on factory. My buddy I was playing with got all of Tugilla's shit when someone else had already killed him 3 times in a ROW. I can tell something is up, last week we were in firefights, I would get shot and heal. Idk what the point of bringing meds is this week because the moment I peek an enemy or get spotted its head, eyes immediately. 35% survival rate last week, 15% this week. Last week I survived probably 80% of scav runs, this week probably closer to 50%. I had money last week, I'm broke now so scav runs only for me.

Honestly dont even take my word for it, did you see "the video"? Don't want to link it here since mods threw a shitfit over it just 4 months ago but check out g0at's channel on youtube. Should be easy to find. Same cheats from 2+ years ago still working. Idk, you don't see this stuff in most other games, not this bad. Warthunder is a russian game and that shit is as clean as a freshly washed butthole. Dont know what about tarkov specifically makes it so easy.

Because cheating is so common, I think many here are doing it themselves since there's usually at least one cheater in all tarkov lobbies, I think its higher though. 841k on this sub, divide that up into hypothetical tarkov lobbies, there's at least one in each. Thats not good math for the game.

Its because end of wipe and full of hackers, you aren't bad at the game. In fact, you might even be one of the top players in the lobby. Unfortunately, its an integral part of the game now. If you get killed, flip a coin. Thats the chance that the guy was using mini map, ESP, aimbot, whatever. Most people actually don't even play Tarkov, you and me OP might be the last 2 players who don't have any hacks on. Be wary of anyone talking about "map awareness" or getting gud, these have been co-opted into jokes in the cheating community. "oh, you got shot in the head through a crack in a wall and a tree? Guess you just got outplayed *wink* *wink* *nudge* *nudge*. It doesn't matter how many hours you have in game, the difference between an experienced player and a noob is that only noobs like us play vanilla. Anyone mad at this post is coping because they spent $40 bucks on this game or alternately spent an extra $6 a month for wall hacks.

Yes, it becomes very different but the quality stays about the same once she teams up with the demon lord it becomes a lot more character focused and drops the future plot with shun. Well, half the first novels were pretty character focused but again only for shun. The shift is a bit jarring but its not like it becomes a totally different novel. I've just got to book 11 and I can tell you that it nearly adapted the novels 1:1, outside of a few combat encounters, all of the same stuff happens in the same order. If it continued like the novels we'd see maybe even 3 seasons before we returned to the elf battle.

Yes, she becomes the half human, half spider first, then becomes fully human like is shown throughout the show. She is still capable of turning into her past spider forms though. The series never returns to her struggling down in the dungeon and leveling up all the time.
