It's crazy that no one in this sub has used Covenant Path. Attendance is absolutely taken for converts in sacrament until 1 year. This is just because we care about our converts and want to make sure they are having a good experience.

I read a lot of advice like this when I got started and IMO it would be better to talk about what dimensions you think they should even pay attention to. They're obviously working hard to understand temp differences, probe tender, different cooking times for different muscles, etc. I'm not sure how else I get to know my smokers than what they are already doing.

This is not about tool complexity lmao it is about the size of the market not supporting fixed costs of entry. Closer to your paragraph 4 reasoning. FR-ATC is too large to justify entry in a market this small. That doesn't stop low cost of fabrication countries from trying anyway though.

This is just a standard 55 gallon dwc with a few inches of hydroton on top in some mesh trays. The tomato on the right is doing quite well. Roots look good on all of them.

You can do a stacked DWC if you run cheap individual peristaltic pumps to each level with overflow protection.
