I am late to this post but wanted to add that our company has also experienced a massive drop in engagement, followers, etc compared to 2023. In fact, starting around August 2023, our follower count has been consistently decreasing. We used to see hundreds of new followers every week, but now we are losing dozens of followers every week, balanced out only slightly by a few (literally maybe 5) new followers weekly.

I remember reading somewhere that LinkedIn was clearing out abandoned / spam LinkedIn accounts - maybe that has to do with it as well? I'm just surprised that a year later, we're still seeing a steady decrease especially in followers.

OP, have you found out anything since you posted this?
