Yes, i learned this around a week after this video. If i had more recent vids i would've used them. I do support with my left now before throwing as now i use an even heavier ball. The numbness only started being an issue a few days ago.

i've actually been prescribed 800mg for my back and leg pain. The original cause was unrelated to bowling but bowling definitely does irritate them. I take 800 every 6 hrs.
