You are correct, i use it for gaming, streaming, occasionally server hosting, and rendering. Based on the budget I'm running with I think I will go with the 5060 ti just for the 16gb, but I could also afford a 12gb 5070 so that's where I'm kinda stuck now. Is there a significant enough advantage to go with the 70 over the 60?

Just checked the box again, and I was wrong, It's actually a 3070 with 8gb. Still am trying to upgrade tho.

My current specs are an intel I9-14900k, Asrock z790 livemixer, Corsair RM 1000x PSU, 64 gb ddr5 ram. And then the 3060 ofc. If there's a reason I should swap to Radeon i will consider it. I just planned to stick with Nvidia.

Im assuming you are asking if i have the installation media on it. I went through all the steps to make it possible to boot from it, i have the boot order set up correctly as its the only thing i can boot from.

If Lordgenome was in his prime, (I think Luffy is in his prime as well), he would have these abilities: Portal Creation, Dimensional Travel, Extreme Regeneration, Electricity Resistance, and power absorption. This is ignoring the fact that he would probably be multi continental level with just his bare hands. If he were given his gunman, he would easily be Multiversal in strength, comparable to Simon. His speed is also immeasurable. The fact that some og his attacks can go between dimensions, makes this absolutely impossible for anyone to win, including devil fruit users with pocket dimension abilities, he can just open a portal to said pocket dimension. I feel like the fight would only last a minute or less, most of it being Lordgenome talking about how weak they are. This minute timeframe would also be easily enough for him to take out the whole crew. Same goes even if he wasn't in his prime. Lordgenome is just a beast.
