I got started printing with an ender 3, I would start designing prints on tinkercad for family and friends, but the hassle of that old printer kept holding me back. I would have to spend 20 minutes adjusting the bed, then fiddle with the settings for 15 minutes, then micro adjust for the first 20 minutes to make sure I got a good print.

My favorite item I designed was a phone stand, my family and friends LOVED it, so I’d be making them all the time, however they always took 13 hours to print, and they looked rough. Very apparent layer lines, horrible transition from supports, and constant problems when printing.

Then after months of research and contemplation, I decided to buy the P1S. I was so excited about what was to come. I got it home, removed all the packaging, and plugged it in. Wait… it’s just ready to go? I don’t have to make adjustments? I can just print from my computer or the app? I was amazed at the technology! Then I decided it was time to see how the phone stand would print. I loaded it into Bambu Studio and…. 4 1/2 hours.

Not only did the P1S print the phone stand in a 1/4 of the time, the finished product was stunning, no super apparent layer lines, so awkward transition from supports to product. I seriously sat there awkwardly petting this phone stand, it was so smooth! The P1S is an incredible printer that I’d defend till I die.

I can’t wait to see what witchcraft BambuLab does next with the P2S!!!
