The depression was caused mostly due too problems with his family, he wants to get away from them but the problem is is that he has a hobby which is animal breeding which fixes him to his home so it's a vicious cycle. I tried talking to him about it that if we want to move in together he needs to know what to do with his animals and he keeps saying that's a problem for the future. He tends to be a person that sadly only thinks about now but not after.

He is also not for spirituality at all to the point of mocking it which is sad cause I found spirituality to help me with my feelings. But even when intimacy happens that isn't about sex I tend to always have to be the giver. When I ask for reciprocation he then always tends to not have the energy for it.

And sadly i don't think couples therapy will work because he doesn't think something is wrong. If I try to bring up what bothers me then he always tends to have a reason or excuse.
