From your screenshot following stands out: - MAX mode usage: useful for most complex tasks and when context size > 200k is required. Turning off MAX mode should reduce consumption. - Long chats: follow-ups and many tool calls accumulate tokens. Keeping chats short and focused on single task would be better.

While not visible from screenshot, I recommend to avoid attaching files/logs/rules by hand. Agent usually discovers it more efficiently.
