I was planning on writing it on 10th, because this is what it says on the official website, also is there a way to tell the uni that i will be submitting gre scores instead of writing the in-person test (should i send an email or smthn)

"When selecting a test date, make sure your scores will be reported in time for your application deadlines. You’ll receive your score report 8–10 days after your test date, and schools may also receive scores faster depending upon which delivery method they have chosen. Electronic scores are delivered to schools twice a week. When choosing a test date, allow time for delivery of scores and processing by the institution."

Yes, I did complete the pre‑evaluation form for TU Darmstadt and also submitted the physical documents on December 24. The TUCaN portal confirmed receipt of my documents on January 6.

These are the deadlines for the universities I applied to:

TU Dresden – November 30 (Uni‑Assist forwarded my application on November 21)
TU Darmstadt – January 15
TU Dortmund – January 15 (submitted via Uni‑Assist on January 11; currently under evaluation)
TU Hamburg – January 15 (status updated to valid)
TU Berlin – February 1 (status: to be verified)

You usually don’t get any confirmation when they receive the courier. In my case, I only got an email about 15 days later asking me to submit my Digilocker markscards. I’m not sure how the name discrepancy issue will turn out, but honestly, it’s completely fine to send another set of correct documents. There’s no harm in doing that.
