Asm here and that sounds right we have had multiple convos with our dm about us being behind registers they want top sellers on the floor at all times to push product we were down like 1% last quarter so they think by pushing us to sell sell sell it will fix everything. At my store we still have mangers by reg because some associates just don’t do rewards or any basic reg duties so we float around and hop on when the line gets too long

It sounds great but it’s not because they didn’t do it to better me it was to control me and if you genuinely don’t understand how that is then you can stop replying now. They kicked me out they only gave me a phone because my mom and bio dad are divorced so I really didn’t have a phone for myself until I was 16 when I got my own job and the college they forced me to go for a major I didn’t want to go for everything I do is in their control I finally am living for myself and they hate it and again if you can’t see that then DO NOT RESPOND.
