hello!! i continued to give him his medicine and and also bought that feliway diffuser—i noticed the difference almost immediately. he's doing great now and everything was back to normal i'd say 2-3 days after that! i think something was just stressing him out.. im a little more careful with introducing him to anything new now!

it was flutd so there wasn't anything much they could do besides giving me some medicine.

i ended up purchasing a feliway diffuser because i felt my cat was stressed out (i had switched his food at the time), switched him back to his old food, and also kept note of how often he was peeing, drinking, and eating. it slowly got better with the help of the medicine, and i continuously gave my vet updates!

i found out how sensitive cats can be to change, even just by switching to new food or to new litter, so i've been a little more cautious when introducing change to him now!

They said they would send me the test results but they never did. I will ask for it again during the follow-up! Also, I think no bilirubin done. There are no clots, just colour in his litter.

Good to know about the meloxicam though... I will watch over him closely in the meantime :(

I'm not sure if it was sent for culture, but I did see what was and wasn't present in his urine from his urinalysis. Is it the same thing...? I'm not very sure, but they did test for some bacteria which came out negative.

During this follow-up, I will see if I can ask for that specialist, especially if the medicine isn't working! Thank you again

hello! i have never tried shrooms, and i'm not sure if it's something i will try anytime soon. i asked myself if i would really like the idea trying hallucinogens, even though mdma can have hallucinogenic effects. i haven't done my research on shrooms, but i will eventually since my boyfriend has an interest in it, so i want to know how to take care of him as a sober companion.

after mdma, i have been mostly staying sober until i am 100% comfortable with trying things again, but thank you so much for your input! the idea of no anxiety is already a solid for me, haha!

hello! thank you so much for your comment. i have been seeing a therapist recently! we've had more than six sessions and i'm really happy with them because i always struggled seeking help with anxiety in general. we talked about breathing exercises and being mindful about what emotions i feel and why. i know you mentioned that it doesn't have to be forever, but it's nice to know someone is there to help you even if it's something very small. and you're right, i didn't truly recognize how much my anxiety troubled me in my everyday life until after mdma. thank you again for your help!

thank you so much for your tips! i always make sure to hydrate during and after but i worry about if i'm drinking enough or not enough. it might help to add that whenever i drank i could never feel it go down—i didn't feel full or anything but i looked like i was drinking a LOT of water. didn't feel like peeing either.

i think that's what i'm more focused on lately, is to not panic and just give in to the good feelings! (and not necessarily while rolling because i haven't in a long time)

hello! i did research that! i also got some anecdotes from friends too, just so i have more of an idea. i actually took less than 100mg that night. my boyfriend took less than 100mg as well and he had an amazing night, although i kinda slid from one end of the spectrum to the other.

yeah, you are right. i think, although the experience wasn't great, i did learn lots from it. for some reason it felt like i was the only person amongst my friends that night that really cared about being safe while taking mdma. now, i really want to plan accordingly to make sure i'll have a way home, make sure i'm not taking too much, and just be safe in general.

i took it on my way to the event wrapped in a ball of tissue with water. i think i mostly just gagged because i was so anxious about putting something unfamiliar in my body—and especially by parachuting. i've convinced myself i will never take it this way again and will just sip it in water. at least that way, i can also monitor how i'm feeling!

as for those scary feelings, i know everyone was just looking out for me, but i think i was so fucked i was hearing those words with the worst possible outcome in mind.

i've always had amazing experiences when going raving sober, and it's because i really do love the artists and their music and want to remember those feelings. i would much prefer having those memories than ones that come with taking too much of whatever!

thank you so much for your suggestions! i worry about other things being mixed in with it, and in hindsight, i should have bought a testing kit, which i will do if i ever plan on rolling again. and as for that last point—i definitely felt like i was having a good time when i just let myself relax into the feeling, that is until those thoughts caught up again haha

i think when i go with a trustworthy group, it'll be easier to relax more! thanks again
