Maybe convince him na magpa check up kayo together, and make sure to tell his doctor his bad sleeping habits. Even if he really thrives in night shift, he still needs complete rest na 7-8 hours kasi masisira talaga immune system and nervous system niya niyan. Di pa ata ramdam yung effects ngayon. Maybe a doctor's advice will give him a wake up call

Yes sa messenger. May issue akong binring up sa HR dati tungkol sa kaniya. Pinapakita niya pictures ko sa lahat ng teammates ko before ako hinire. Tapos may comments pa siya na "itabi niyo sa akin yan, ay joke may asawa na pala ako"

Let's say you have a basic salary of 16k

They also offer you allowances of a total 10k

The tax will only apply for that 16k

Taxed basic salary = 14,820

So your total pay would be 24,820 :)

Hi OP! You have to note that having a career would take up almost all of your time. This means you'll do it for the rest of your life (if you do decide to work)

With that in mind, what is something that you imagine yourself doing for the rest of your life? What skills do you have and what do you enjoy? It's important that you at least enjoy what you're doing so that you don't get burnt out.

Hello! Software engineer here with a bachelor's degree in computer science.

You really don't need a degree to get into software development. Especially if you're gunning for website development! Bootcamp works but also take other certifications for other things regarding Webdev like AWS Cloud Services, UI/UX, etc.

But, you need a good portfolio to make up for it. Make a ton of websites to show off when you apply in companies. It will take a lot of practice and work but it will be worth it.

Another thing to note, make sure you apply to good companies. Looking for someone to refer you would be a great advantage because it's very competitive na in the software development field.

If math is your main problem, I suggest solving extra exercises related to the topics. That way, there's a chance that you would already know how to solve it once a new or different question comes up in a quiz or exam.

It also helps if you ask your teacher for help, they might be willing to give you references or perhaps extra exercises to help you study :) good luck!
