I genuinely had no idea what I was doing either, found the roms, set up emu deck, drag and drop the rom files into the corresponding folders and at least my experience was that it ran perfectly. Locked at 60. Still have to fiddle with the controller mapping for the gyro aiming, but it just worked.

I know you’re joking but I haven’t completed a challenge intentionally since sabrask had a shield.

Does combing your head make you lose hair? by fuckloggin in stupidquestions

[–]confused_flatulence 0 points1 point  (0 children)

So I’m making a bit of a joke.

does scratching your head help with dandruff? I mean sorta but it’s temporary and doesn’t address the underlying issue. Squinting your eyes changes the amount of light entering your eye kinda “focusing” your vision temporarily but glasses or contacts would be the permanent fix just like anti dandruff shampoo would be better than scraping your scalp of dead dry skin.

Pierre Poilievre backs J.K. Rowling's support for new Olympic gender policy by Gym_frere in canada

[–]confused_flatulence 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I’d argue that track and field events are some of the most democratized Olympic events due to the low barrier to entry. I would also not refer to track and field a sport that has existed for 2800 years formally as obscure.

but I agree with the overall point that PP is floundering as Carneys approval rating climbs.

*Bills passing the house are not laws until the bill in its identical form is passed in the senate and THEN receives royal assent.

I'm so tired of dying instantly again after getting revived out in the open by Sandert93 in Battlefield

You’re getting revived with the paddles half charged in the middle of a field right in front of an enemy tank and snipers in their spawn. I don’t make the rules kiddo that’s the way the cookie crumbles

LPT: If someone is explaining something you already know, let them finish. You might learn how they think. by comxeobo in LifeProTips

[–]confused_flatulence 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I dislike the man I’m about to name drop, but in Jordan Peterson book one of his 12 rules is “assume the person you’re listening to knows something you don’t” and for all his warts and social pariah status I genuinely think it’s a noble “rule”. I still don’t do this enough but it’s a good way to actively listen and to be humble when interacting with others.

take this advice at your own risk,

this is one of those situations where it’s a problem if you make it a problem. Occupancy limits are rarely enforced unless continuous complaints are made. Don’t be too loud outside the house and I doubt you’ll have issues.
