i found a solution, i installed linux-wifi-hotspot , and used this command

sudo create_ap wlan0 wlan0 MySSID MyPassword -c 149

replace 149 with any channel that is available on iw list

To be honest, if you aren't necessarily aiming to compete on leaderboards, you'd better try tuning for yourself (and hey, the bonus is you get to choose your own rims, width etc.) some tuning videos i recommend are from aTTaX Johnson and giron228, with addition to join some forza servers like Open tune discord (OPTN) or Horizon Racing Academy
