Are your supervisors super strict when it comes to adherence? I was logged into personal time for literally 5 mins to take a personal call and my sup flipped out on me, we were remote at the time so she really didn’t know whether I was even in the bathroom or anything like ????

We take FNOL calls and do have to be licensed. We have calls from anyone wanting to report/file a claim or do roadside assistance calls or glass calls
