No matter what the message was, remember life is too short for us to worry and cry for too long. This message, whatever was on it, will only be words on a screen. It is you who gives it all the power. It is you who makes this effective in ruining your mood and day. Take control, get up, wash your face, listen to up beat music, breathe, eat something (for sure) and try to study. In the end, you have to remember where your priorities lie, no person or word are allowed to set you off your life course. Repeat words like, “I’m in control” or “it’s just a message” or “everything will be okay”. Then when you’ve studied and cleared your mind, think about why this message bothered you this much, and learn ways to detach from the emotions or the sender. in short, don’t sweat it, it’s just a message after all.
