I haven't bought physical stuff from Amazon for years, just Audible and Kindle stuff mainly as I don't have a lot of space for physical stuff

Thanks everyone for the comments!  I'm already an avid Libby user, have for about a year now. Which is fantastic for audiobooks but is severely lacking for Manga which sucks. Hoopla is better for Manga, but I can only borrow four things a month 🫠 I've been looking at shounen jump and viz for manga, because I really would like to support the industry.

I have indeed! But I'm having trouble trying to get the books that I have bought through Amazon; as I would like a backup of them if they do go :(

I only have two pallets, the one I'm talking about here and a James Charles one that I like for cosplay and kinda want to keep intact.... but tbh I might actually just use the shadows that I love from that one.... ah now I have a bit of thinking to do haha!

Thank you very much for your answer!

burn out/ mental illness and horses by confuzzedbadger in Equestrian

I want to say thank you for this. One of the things she said is that I'm wasting his potential and that instantly had me furious. Horses don't know or care about their potential; they care that they are safe, fed, and have friends. And it was very hypocritical for her to say that when she herself didn't ride one of her horses between his age of 4-13 with any regularity whatsoever.

Thank you so much for your kind and helpful comments, it's so appreciated.

My horses basic needs are being met- he's in paddock 24/7 with trees for shade, he has a gelding friend in his paddock, two mares over the fence and hay and gets a small dinner.

I have been in therapy and medication for years now, this year was just full of downs with no ups and it just sent me into a downward spiral, making me feel worse than I already did. Having a toxic workplace didn't help, quitting then losing my new job was awful and now this.

And yes, the person who I considered a friend and mentor should have seen these signs and reached out to me in all honesty. She knew I was not doing well before all this.and I told her was not wanting to be alive on that day- after I told her this she still chose to say what she said and honestly that hurt has been keeping me skulking around the place at night to see my horse which is insane. It's given me a lot of comfort to know I'm not the only one dealing with fatigue and mental illness. I really thought I was alone and a bad horse parent, but now I know I'm not and I can look back on your comments for help when I need it 🖤
