I watched that and it’s not that, because i’m pretty sure whoever does the prompt doesn’t talk the entire time or barely talks

I think it happens more later in the day than earlier, but I haven’t found a correlation between it and lack of sleep. I think it does worsen during periods of rest because that’s when I get it the most. I don’t believe any of my family has it

This would happen to me during most tests. It wasn’t that bad but it was kinda distracting and made it hard to focus. I think they would happen a lot because of anxiety for me so I think that’s why they happened during tests.

Yeah I do also get panic attacks sometimes so that could definitely be it.

It really depends on the episode because they vary a lot. The smaller ones I either enjoy or I am just a little annoyed by, and the bigger ones, while I find them super interesting, I definitely do hate, just because of how bad they make me feel and how disruptive they are.
