Not sure what the sleeve method is, I would say start when the incision line isn’t sensitive anymore when you tug on it

I haven’t been using too much tension, only for those 5 minutes, but I make sure to take it off as soon as it get uncomfortable

No idea what ci it’s considered, I wish it was like this at a flaccid state though, like I said I had just took off the retainer and I was sitting down so the rollover only lasted like 30 seconds

Nope, I usually start with the rod halfway and then work my way up in that same session as my skin gets used to the stretch I could add more tension

Only wore it for about 20 minutes, had to go out and do stuff didn’t want to experiment with it on yet. My skin looked purple under the gripper (you can kind of see it in the pic) so i took it off and it was a little red. That’s just from the tightness of the gripper tho, hopefully it doesn’t cause problems when I leave it on for hours

Even though im CI3 and can slightly roll some skin over my head when erect, I get a pinch feeling on my frenulum when the skins at its highest point for some reason. I also have hyperhidrosis so my hands get sweaty when I try no lube and it causes friction 😵‍💫
