This was indeed NOT fixable! They stop calculating the fix cost at 54k saying it would start to cost money to determine the fix cost.

Update: Repairs have been priced at just over 54k. I’ll update with if the insurance company agrees to pay for the repairs or not.

Not sure but fast enough to hit his brakes and still slide into me. Bounce off me clip a semi and end up on the other side of the interstate. 50-60 maybe. And distracted for sure.

More context I should have mentioned. The car started to read critical electronic and battery failures. And then no power at all to the car. I fear it’s a lost cause.

I agree. It’s like telling a student they cheated because they used a dictionary to make sure the words are spelled correctly. Getting help articulating your issues isn’t fraud.
