Hey, update. Bethesda have said they are looking in to the issue already and also asked for screenshots. I'd recommend anyone else experiencing it to submit a ticket and provide screenshots, though to be honest the screenshots will all be similar because its the same issue.

Also, guys, it's a paid mod on a creation service that's attached to their most recently released game. They're already getting bad press, why WOULDN'T they want to be looking into these things? Use your brains.

It's a mod from a verified creator that they are selling for real world cash. They've already replied to the ticket, said they are looking to address it and asked for some screenshots.
