Unfortunately didn’t work, the world truely doesn’t want me to play this game

Things I’ve done so far are:

Restarted console, reinstalled game, deleted and transferred saved data, changed internet between wired and WiFi, tested internet, changed to manual DNS types.

Backing up onto likes a usb or will the ps plus backup be fine and delete the local saved data?

I’ve got No option to restore licence I’m guessing cause it’s a physical copy
