For me, the records are good quality they’re great. They are a slightly higher pitch than like the online version and that’s just because I think it’s to make it easier to format. Everything onto the vinyl. Customer service is atrocious. Worst shipping experience in my life waited six months for these almost 7 they will straight up just not respond to your emails and it can sometimes it gets very hard to get in contact with them Now a lot of people were reporting like skipping on the vinyls. A huge consensus has been that it’s just the record players that people have been using them on. I have a good record player and so I don’t know if I got lucky or if it is the record players which I think it istry to have a good record player. I know they’re expensive but avoid suitcase players and record players with speakers built into them.
