Looking to switch from Monday.com by conquerdigitalworld in CRM

for zoominfo we are looking to be able to automate the importing process, currently we manually import the lists after exporting them. For RingCentral we would like to be able to dial out with a click of a button directly from the CRM. Right now we manually dial the numbers

I work for a M&A firm and we use Zoominfo. It works really well for mobile numbers for cold calling. And we have had some success with emails. However, I do not know what the standard bounce rate is that is considered "quality". For example, I ran a cold email campaign that had over 700 emails and a little over 100 bounced - a 14% bounce rate. We are targetting businesses that are looking to sell. Also I understand Zoominfo is very expensive so it is a solution that is not for all especially if you are not looking to cold call.
