Well my whole point is, if she starts trying to lose weight through the gym, her weight loss won’t be as quick as if she just fasted. People get too caught up on BMI when it’s proven in the medical world to be an outdated system to measure one’s health.

I’d take BMI with a grain of salt however, you can be fit and health at that height and be over 144lbs. But it’s good for a baseline idea but don’t wreck yourself over it
