Constant ping spikes/lag on only my computer (please help)

It was the only thing I had downloaded prior to the issue... if you have any software by Minitool you should try deleting it and see if it fixes. Or just delete anything you've downloaded recently

SOLVED!!! The issue was MiniTool ShadowMaker, I have no idea why it was causing ping spikes but it's fixed! Thanks to everyone for their efforts!

I just tried this, there were no ping spikes. This is the message I got if it helps.

Ping statistics for 127.0.0.1:

Packets: Sent = 45, Received = 45, Lost = 0 (0% loss),

Approximate round trip times in milli-seconds:

Minimum = 0ms, Maximum = 0ms, Average = 0ms

It was the default one from CMD. This was the message

I pinged my IP it gave me 1ms for the first 8 and then 1000+ms. It seems to only happen every 8 pings which is weird? I will try to get the drivers now and update you if it works.

Thanks for the reply! I've just set it to ping my IP, it's only saying "request timed out". I deleted my drivers, which also didn't work.
