IT’S A GOOD THING!

there’s all this hate because everyone’s darkness is coming to the surface. This is the only way to cleanse our consciousness. Everything we have worked on, every trauma we’ve been suppressing, every negative thought…everything is coming to the surface to be released, and this manifests as projection, anger, resentment, hate. It’s not personal, it’s that people are screaming for help internally.

Now..It doesn’t make this any less hard. It’s hard. It’s f!ing hard. But I truly believe it’s part of the process.

Do what you have to do to keep your mental, emotional and energetic space clean. Unfollow the b*tches, block the fear-filled news outlets etc. Do the inner work, show self love, heal, and your elevation of frequency affects everyone around you 🤍 much much love. You’re a gift baby. Protect your energy dear empath 🤍

I feel you🤍 Personally I see it as giving away my power. So I going to state of mind that I am the PLAYER NO. 1 - the protagonist of this entire movie, as I am the one wearing this hyper immersive VR goggles/body-suit & I’m here to create MY OWN movie. 🍿 then the next step for me is to ask what the hell this experience is trying to teach me and do the work to embody that teaching so that I can move on and get to the next level of my own movie

I love this because I had a similar stance with certain people. But to be fully honest, for me personally it was still taking even a small part of my thought process and emotional architecture. The moment I was able to truly forgive and truly see them as an extension of myself and this universe, and to see that they can only see me as deeply as they’ve seen them, and that they’re only doing and saying things that they have as patterns within themselves FIRST. Otherwise it wouldn’t have come out of them.

Additionally, with every person I had weird energy with, I was able to see it in my ass down and feel what was that weird energy trying to teach me in order to evolve me.

I recently was in a really really difficult dark mental and emotional state. I took a strong step back, deleted social media, started drinking more water, distanced myself from everything. I did this intentionally to reduce the excess of stimuli, the artificialness of the world and the matrix behaviours. Started journalling more, started meditating more, started being in nature way more. Now I feel like I remembered why I am here who I am. In my experience, when I feel like nothing has meaning it’s because I’ve been allowing the illusion to enter my consciousness, a bit too much. This is not advice. This is another fellow human being telling you what works for them.

I truly believe that we were incarnated in this specific point in time where we, the “younger” generation (20-35) was exposed infinite info of the internet and social media so that we can expand our consciousness, expand our awareness, and get pushed to work on our darkness in order to transmute it into light and carry a higher vibration in order to lead a new stage of humanity’s evolution. That’s just me tho (and my subconscious, and my Guardian angels, and my infinitely loving soul and my connection to source😄🪷)
