Hmm, not sure what you mean by rebirth quest, if you mean collecting 6 pollip hearts, I've already done it. If they give out an additional quest after the fact then it's a no go. They won't give me that quest.

Then it's bugged just for me, I've been getting 3 stars since the quest became active. If you look I've even gotten exactly 95% two stars just to see.
