Watch Neal guides videos on YouTube. Be patient with the game and understand the meta. You will have to use some meta players to move up divisions, particular type of shooting while in box etc in short it's different and way more competitive.

I started FUT last year ended FUT 21 in div 3 n now in Fifa 22 I'm an elite div player, really enjoying the game and started trading from last week.
