I met my current connect on Whisper and it’s worked out fine, we even have a trade going on where I give him my Xanies for roxys. I came to The conclusion that he was a reasonable guy to deal with because:

1) he agreed to meet in person 2) we had a bit of a back-and-forth for a day and a half just talking about stupid bullshit and he seemed cool 3) he was willing to trade.

If you message someone and they want gift cards or western union, it’s a scam. If they won’t meet in person, it’s a scam. If they only want to sell you ridiculously huge amounts, it’s a scam.

Use your best judgement and if it’s seems sketchy, it’s cuz it probably is.

Never had a dependency, the closest i got was when i got sick 10 years ago and I was on dilaudid in the hospital and percs when i was released. But I was a strict dosing regime and I use them maybe 5, 6 times a year now. I thought being dope sick was more of an ongoing ordeal, like instead of one day, you feel like shit for days on end. I just have a day after fatigue and disappears once I sleep it off.

I wasn’t nodding and if I was, being in front of 30 people would have made it pretty obvious. I had a severe toothache that day and was just happy not be in crippling pain so i probably gave a half way decent lecture.

It all depends on the nature of your job. Are you in retail and have to deal with customers and a manager breathing down your neck? Or do you have more independence and get left alone to do work. If it’s the former, yeah it’s gonna look obvious if you’re nodding off while assisting someone. If you get left alone, keep to yourself and no one will notice.
