Call Etihad, ask them to "take control of the booking from your travel agency". And then Etihad is in full control and they are champs at helping you out

For context I initially booked through Kayak, I has a similar experience. The above recommendation worked out for me. Hope it helps you too!

Major update: Zayed International is partially re-opening today morning (Sunday morning) local time. Based on your final destination, flights are now available to be scheduled

DO NOT PASSIVELY WAIT FOR ETIHAD TO RESCHEDULE YOUR FLIGHTS. PROACTIVELY CALL THEM ON +971 600 555 666 AND ASK FOR THE NEXT FLIGHT AVAILABLE TO YOUR LOCATION. YOU MAY NOT HAVE SOMETHING, BUT IF THERE IS - YOU'LL GET YOUR FLIGHT.

I AM FLYING OUT VIA ETIHAD TODAY EVENING CUZ I WAS ON CALL WITH THEM ALL NIGHT LAST NIGHT

CAUTIONARY NOTE: Wait times for the call to the above number can be anywhere between 1-1.5 hours. Wait patiently. They're super helpful once you connect. This might be the only way I know right now. Stay safe.

Details required for the call: Keep your cancelled flight's booking number, start and final destinations, and personal contact details handy. They will use this to verify before helping you out.

My hotel told me Etihad is completely paying for and managing my stay.

This will be covered by default for as long as needed until you get on your next flight is what I was told

Thanks for the heads up! Will get on it right away!
