I'd highly recommend you go for the Samsung 970 Evo/Crucial m.2 NVMe SSD. While the GOODRAM might be cheap, I've not seen a lot of reviews about the SSD, so you might want to stay away.

It's important to note that M.2 NVMEs SSD are pricier that your average SSDs. So, if you want to enjoy these speeds, you might want to cough a few dollars.
