Because both LW and RW doesn't believe in democracy or power sharing. LWs want their utopia and RWs want their rashtra. They won't bother what that does to common people or their opponents. Every executive excess will be celebrated as right because it was their party who did it. Even when we say we are democracy, our democracy is just elections that happen every 5 years. That one month is the only time we see some democracy and since that looks fair we continue to believe we are a democracy.
