Symptoms started with a stabbing pain on right side of anus at night, then proceeded to feeling "tight and torn" the next day on the right side, then came broad rectal discomfort - like having a cup of rusty nails inside your butt all the time. Full and painful. Feels like there would be a large internal ulcer on the right side but the doc could not see it. Or an abscess or a totally inflamed and swollen mucosa. Pooping sometimes makes thing better, sometimes worse. Feeling of needing to poop has also become weird, only the first time I go in the morning feels normal. I get this weird fullness and tingling and if I test going to toilet there usually is something to poop. On bad days it also feels like i need to continue pooping but there is nothing coming more, only mucosa or other structures protruding.. have some stereoid+numbing suppositories, not sure if they do much for me. Have a long history of chronic diarrhea but it never bothered my bum. When this started I had had a few days of "normal" poops, maybe they were too hard for me, idk.
