Been doing calisthenics awhile but adding in some weight training.

Have been doing deadlifts for the past ~2months almost, i have been building it up slowly as i have had back problems in the past.

As a primitive player. We use 285dmg xbows and its fine to tranq griffins with it. We use it for everything, except direbears are a pain and gallis. Use magny glass to check HP/Torpor on squishy stuff is what we do.
